The project will restore basic infrastructure, create new entrances, restore water bodies, and upgrade play and fitness equipment.

Paul Kitson, Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy and Housing, approved the direct award of a contract to Bellrock Advisory LLP for stock condition surveys up to a maximum value of £980,000 on 27 August 2026. The decision includes the delivery of up to 6,000 internal and external stock condition surveys, 2,000 communal and block surveys, and associated HHSRS assessments.
