Councillors voted to grant the licence, subject to conditions agreed between the applicant, Environmental Health, and the police. The sub committee also suggested that the applicant re-consider the car parking arrangements going forward.

A consent for Mr Mike Lewin, trading as 'Crab Shack', to sell food and drink from a converted horsebox in Falmouth was granted. A decision on an application by Julie McLauchlin, trading as 'Barrow Boys', to sell crepes and other foods from a handcart in Newquay was deferred.

The West Sub-Area Planning Committee met to discuss four planning applications and note a list of planning appeals. Councillors voted to refuse applications for manager's accommodation at Higher Penderleath Resort and for an extension to Wheal Cock Barn. Councillors voted to approve an application for a new dwelling at land east of Plen An Merther, subject to conditions being agreed. Councillors voted to approve permission in principle for the erection of a bungalow on land to the rear of North Roskear Road.
