With effect from the Council’s Annual General Meeting in May 2024, the Budget Development Overview and Scrutiny Committee’s sole responsibility will be leading the annual budget scrutiny process and making recommendations to the Cabinet in this regard. It will ordinarily meet twice a year for this purpose. Membership will be confirmed once the election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman process is complete for the other five Overview and Scrutiny Committees.
