...to facilitate the letting of vacant town centre and high street units, the Cabinet endorsed a structured approach to using powers under Part 10 of the Levelling up and Regeneration Act 2023, aiming to revitalize these areas while minimizing costs, risks, and interference with the property market.

...to authorize a series of asset transactions, including disposals, registrations, and acquisitions of land in various locations, as well as the creation of a capital budget for property acquisitions and noting potential future sales and acquisitions.

...to deliver the Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme, the Director of Communities and Opportunities was authorized to procure a delivery partner using a Dynamic Purchasing System or Framework and to negotiate and award a contract to the chosen partner.
