The Democracy and Standards Committee met to discuss and approve recommendations to North Northamptonshire Council regarding updates to the council's constitution. Appointment to Role of Independent Persons –Standards

...that Mark Bate, Claire Tilley, and Jessica Slater be recommended to full council for appointment as Independent Persons for a two-year term, with a possible extension, and that a constitutional amendment be recommended to allow the Monitoring Officer to appoint an Independent Person from another local authority if needed.
