The Head of Planning and Economy has the power under Section F.4.6 of Part 2B List of Officer Powers in the Scheme of Governance to respond to consultations on applications from the Scottish Government. He has decided not to exercise the delegated power in this particular case due to the scale and nature of the proposed development Report has already been monitored and finalised to go to previous Area Committee’s therefore no further monitoring is required.
