The core tasks of the Contractor shall be to deliver efficient tenancy, life skills and other appropriate support to enable former rough sleepers to maintain their accommodation and to develop their ability to live more independently in the private rented or social sectors. The funding for this contract is via the Rough Sleeper Initiative funding from the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (previously the Department of Levelling Up Housing and Communities).
