The Planning and Regulation Committee of Lincolnshire Council were scheduled to meet on Monday, 3 November 2025 to discuss a planning application for a sand and gravel quarry, and several proposed traffic regulation orders. The meeting was scheduled to consider objections to the traffic regulation orders, and to make recommendations to the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport on whether to approve, modify or withdraw the proposals.

Pensions Committee - Thursday, 23rd October, 2025 11.00 am

The Lincolnshire County Council Pension Committee met to discuss several key items, including updates from the Lincolnshire Local Pension Board, the Lincolnshire Pension Fund's performance, and the results of the 2025 whole fund valuation. The committee also reviewed the draft annual report and accounts for 2024/25. All members present approved the minutes of the previous meeting.

Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee - Wednesday, 22nd October, 2025 10.00 am

The Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee were scheduled to meet to discuss the recommissioning of active recovery beds, a peer review of services for people with learning disabilities and autistic people, and winter planning arrangements. Councillors were also expected to review commissioned drug and alcohol treatment services, and the committee's work programme.

Planning and Regulation Committee - Monday, 29th September, 2025 10.30 am

The Planning and Regulation Committee convened to discuss various traffic regulation orders and two significant planning applications. Councillors approved a local impact report and formally objected to the Beacon Fen Energy Park development, while also deferring a decision on a quarry application near Caistor.

Pensions Committee - Thursday, 18th September, 2025 10.00 am

The Lincolnshire Council Pensions Committee met on 18 September 2025 to discuss the independent advisor's market update and a stewardship update report. The committee reviewed the performance of global investment markets and discussed stewardship activities undertaken during the first quarter of the financial year. They also agreed to exclude the press and public from the meeting to discuss exempt information.
