Westminster City Council met on Wednesday 12 November 2025, and approved the programme of meetings for 2026/2027, and a constitutional update relating to the delegation of functions under the London Squares Preservation Act 1931. Councillors also debated and approved a motion standing united against the rise of the far right and in support of inclusive communities.

Rating Advisory Panel - Tuesday 4th November, 2025 9.30 am

The Westminster Council Rating Advisory Panel met on Tuesday 4 November 2025. Councillor Concia Albert was scheduled to chair the meeting. The main item on the agenda was a discussion of NNDR Discretionary and Hardship Relief Applications.

Licensing Sub-Committee (4) - Thursday 9th October, 2025 10.00 am

The Licensing Sub-Committee (4) of Westminster Council convened to address several licensing applications. The applications included new premises licences for 1 Floral Court and 2 Floral Court, and a new premises licence for the Trocadero at 13 Coventry Street. Additionally, the committee was scheduled to consider a variation of a premises licence for Crockfords Club at 30 Curzon Street, involving the relocation of the premises.

The Licensing Sub-Committee (3) of Westminster Council was scheduled to convene on Wednesday 1 October 2025, to consider licensing applications for three premises: Smiths Bar and Grill, Slim Chickens and 72-74 Edgware Road. Councillors Councillor Patrick Lilley, Deputy Cabinet Member for Economic Development, Lead Member for Soho and LGBTQ+ Champion, Councillor Hamza Taouzzale and Councillor Tim Mitchell were listed as the members for the meeting.
