Warm Homes Local Grant

A £3.9m Government grant has been awarded to help improve the energy efficiency of private homes in East Sussex that are in fuel poverty. Lewes District Council is leading the consortium to deliver this.

Home Retrofit Loan Scheme

Approval sought to procure a provider of a home retrofit loan scheme and to invest £500k in the scheme for provision of loans. Additional decision to procure a referral partner to assist with the scheme.
