After considering detailed discussions and evidence, the sub-committee resolved to modify the conditions of the premises licence, with additional conditions set out in Schedule 3 of the decision notice taking effect after the appeal period.

East & South Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee - Tuesday, 15th July, 2025 6.30 pm

The East and South Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee met on 15 July 2025 to discuss planning applications in the region. Councillors approved an outline planning application for 43 dwellings in Iver, and a permission in principle for seven dwellings in Little Chalfont. They also approved alterations to public conveniences in Beaconsfield.

Buckinghamshire Local Access Forum - Wednesday, 9th July, 2025 10.00 am

The Buckinghamshire Local Access Forum met to discuss a number of issues, including a proposed renewal of a Public Spaces Protection Order, the development of a new Local Transport Plan, and a proposal to make the Icknield Way a National Trail. The forum was also scheduled to discuss its annual review, promoted routes in Buckinghamshire, an update on the East West Rail project, and rights of way in the area.
