Councillor Tatler was appointed to cover the role of Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance, Resources & Reform during Councillor Mili Patel’s maternity leave. Rhys Jarvis was appointed as an Independent co-opted Member on the Audit & Standards Advisory Committee.

The deputation outlined the history of the park and the Forum's aim to establish a "Friends of Barham Park" group to ensure community involvement in its future use and management. The Council welcomed the establishment of the Friends Group as a means of focussing future collaboration and engagement.
