The Licensing Panel of North Northamptonshire Council convened on Friday 31 October 2025 to address several licensing matters. Councillor Denis McLean was elected as chair for the hearing. The panel addressed the fitness of a private hire driver to hold a licence, and also considered two applications for private hire driver licences, approving one and refusing the other.

North Northamptonshire Council met to discuss the Northamptonshire Youth Justice Plan, and to agree changes to the political balance on council committees. The Licensing Panel of North Northamptonshire Council met on Thursday 25 September 2025 to discuss a number of licensing issues. The panel was scheduled to consider a request for dispensation from the council's Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy, as well as several reports regarding the fitness of individuals to hold private hire driver licences. The meeting was scheduled to be available for the public to view via the council's Democratic Services' YouTube channel.
