Update on Protecting Local Services (Service/Asset Devolution Framework)

...the Cabinet of Rother approved recommendations to note the progress of the Services and Assets Devolution framework, approve the draft Services and Assets Evaluation Matrix for use, and authorize the Property and Services Investment and Disposal Panel to amend the Evaluation Matrix criteria, subject to Cabinet's final approval for asset devolution or disposal.
