The Mayor and Cabinet meeting on 21 January 2026 addressed a wide range of issues, including the definition of housing delivery,

Significant decisions were made regarding the regeneration of Catford Town Centre and Lewisham Shopping Centre, as well as strategies to tackle empty homes and improve the borough's SEND provision.
