Overview and Scrutiny Committee - Thursday, 28th November, 2024 6.30 pm
The Overview and Scrutiny Committee noted the Carbon Neutral Plan Year 3 update. The committee discussed the challenges to achieving a carbon neutral borough by 2030, including the availability of external funding and the need for greater alignment with national policy objectives.
