Strategy and Resources Committee - Monday, 8th December, 2025 7.00 pm
The Strategy and Resources Committee are scheduled to meet to discuss the council's financial performance, the progress of the Local Government Association Corporate Peer Challenge, and updates on the Sutton Civic and Town Centre Regeneration project. They will also review the annual report for Sutton College, the Resilience Standards for London self-assessment, and consider awarding a contract for cloud data centre services. At a meeting of the People Committee, Sutton Council members discussed the Sutton Youth Justice Plan 2025-2028, the Families First Partnership Programme, the Sutton Safeguarding Adults Board Annual Report 2024-2025, and the Sutton Local Safeguarding Children Partnership Annual Report 2024-25. The committee approved the Youth Justice Plan, and noted the reports on the Families First Partnership Programme, and the Safeguarding Adults and Children.

The Sutton Shareholdings Board is scheduled to meet on 4 November 2025 to discuss the mid-year performance and finances of Sutton Decentralised Energy Network (SDEN), Cognus, and Sutton Living Ltd.

The Sutton Health and Wellbeing Board met to discuss the Better Care Fund plan, the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment, and the Sutton Health and Care plan. The board approved the Better Care Fund 2025-26 planning template, and noted both the BCF quarter one submission to NHS England, and the delivery updates on the Sutton Alliance for Supporting Home Programme. The board also approved and signed off the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2025-28 for publication, and noted the contribution of community pharmacy to the Sutton Health and Care system.
