Community Safety Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday, 13th January, 2026 10.00 am

The Community Safety Scrutiny Committee of Lincolnshire Council met on Tuesday 13 January 2026 to discuss the revenue and capital budget proposals for 2026/27, the proposed Engagement Strategy for 2026-2030, and annual progress updates for the Lincolnshire Local Resilience Forum and the Registration and Celebratory Service. The committee also reviewed public health substance use services and partnership working, and agreed its work programme for the coming year.

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Fire Pension Scheme Board - Thursday, 4th December, 2025 10.00 am

The Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Fire Pension Scheme Board is scheduled to meet to discuss its terms of reference, performance data from the West Yorkshire Pension Fund, and current issues affecting fire pension schemes. The board will also receive updates on its action plan, training record, risk register, fire pension scheme bulletins, the Fire Pension Officers' Group, and the Scheme Advisory Board.

Community Safety Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 10.00 am

The Community Safety Scrutiny Committee convened to discuss several key issues, including the Stay Safe Partnership's annual report, progress following the His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) inspection of Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, and the Grenfell Tower Phase 1 and 2 reports. The committee approved the planned work programme for 2025 and 2026, subject to the consideration of items discussed.

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Fire Pension Scheme Board - Thursday, 11th September, 2025 10.00 am

The Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Fire Pension Scheme Board met to discuss performance data from the West Yorkshire Pension Fund, current issues affecting the Fire Pension Scheme, and updates to the Fire Pension Board Plan. The board was also scheduled to receive updates from the Fire Pension Officers' Group and the Scheme Advisory Board, as well as reviewing recent Fire Pensions Scheme bulletins.

Community Safety Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday, 22nd July, 2025 10.00 am

The Community Safety Scrutiny Committee reviewed the annual report from His Majesty's Senior Coroner for Greater Lincolnshire, endorsed Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Authority's Statement of Assurance for 2024/25, and reviewed reports on food standards and metrology activities undertaken by Trading Standards in 2024/25. The committee also approved its work programme for 2025 and 2026.
