Budget Scrutiny, Overview & Scrutiny Board - Wednesday, 4th February, 2026 6.30 pm

The Overview & Scrutiny Board met on 8 January 2025 and unanimously upheld a requisition to call in a Cabinet decision regarding the office-to-residential conversion of Chesham House to accommodate homeless families. Governance Committee - Wednesday, 26th November, 2025 7.00 pm
The Governance Committee of Havering Council convened to discuss several key issues, including polling place changes, constitutional reviews, staff member voting rights on the Pensions Committee, and the governance of Mercury Land Holdings (MLH).
