The Licensing Sub-Committee of Doncaster Council met on 2 September 2025 to review several Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver licences. The sub-committee reviewed eight applications in total, making decisions on whether each applicant was a 'fit and proper' person to hold a licence, in accordance with the council's Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy. One application was withdrawn prior to the meeting.
