The King's George's Field Charity Board noted an update on improvement projects and authorised the Director of Legal Services to enter into a grant agreement with Fields in Trust. This agreement will release funds for park improvements at Mile End Park and Stepney Green Park. The Board also approved the allocation of £265,000 from Fields in Trust for specific projects including cricket nets, a refreshment kiosk, outdoor gym expansion, a five-a-side football facility, and hardcourt upgrades.

The King George's Field Charity Board decided to approve proposed hire charge increases for the Art and Ecology Pavilions for 2026/27 on 04/03/2026. The board authorised the Corporate Director of Communities and Director of Finance to implement the new charges. This includes introducing half-day weekend booking options and a 20% discount for borough residents.
