The Hackney Procurement Board approved Hackney's participation in the re-procurement of the London Accommodation Pathfinder block contract. The contract will be procured by the London Borough of Camden for up to five years, with Hackney contributing a maximum of £1.3 million for five places. The Board also approved commencing a competitive procurement process for vehicle removal and car pound services, structured into two lots. Kam Sandhu-Shinger will provide a briefing on insourcing Lot 2, and Kam Sandhu-Shinger and Gallal Muflahi will engage with the social value team to structure measurable requirements for the ITT.

The Hackney Procurement Board deferred the decision on the PSS Optical Fibre Cable Installation. The decision was deferred until outstanding issues were addressed with the Assistant Director - Procurement & Energy Service.

The Hackney Procurement Board approved the award of a contract for the Integrated Early Pregnancy and Infant Feeding Peer Support Service to the National Childbirth Trust. The contract will run for an initial 21 months, with an option for a 12-month extension, at a total cost of up to £611,000 ex VAT.

The Hackney Procurement Board approved the procurement process for Parking and Markets ICT Systems on 14 April 2026. This decision authorises the use of a Competitive Flexible Procedure for cloud-hosted software as a service solutions with an estimated aggregated value of £10 million ex VAT. The procurement will engage between one and nine IT systems suppliers for an initial four-year period, with two optional three-year extensions.
