Fees and Charges 2025/26

...that the Cabinet approved the proposed Fees and Charges for 2025/26, incorporating recommendations from the Overview and Scrutiny Panel, with the aim of generating an estimated £176,910 in additional income to reduce the Council's budget shortfall.

Grounds Maintenance Contract - Procurement option decision and revised specification (with Confidential Appendices)

The current 10-year Grounds Maintenance (GM) contract with Tivoli expires on 31 October 2025. In order that the Council can replace this contract in a timely manner, work has taken place to assess the Council’s option with regards to ether securing a new partner or extending the current contract by one year. Alongside this work, an assessment of potential cost reduction approaches regarding the current specification have been undertaken in order to reduce the expected increase in cost for a contract that a future procurement exercise will require.

Purchase of a Property Portfolio in Fenland - update on Due Diligence (with Confidential appendices)

To provide an update to members on the proposed acquisition of residential property known as Meadowcourt and located in Elm near Wisbech. The property, if acquired, will assist Fenland District Council both in terms of supporting objectives from a housing duties and commercial investment perspective.
