1.1 It is proposed that the temporary staffing structure which has been in place in the Executive Suite since June 2024, be made permanent. This report seeks approval to create a new part-time (20 hours per week) grade 10 post of Personal Assistant (PA). The proposal is based on a comprehensive evaluation of current and projected workload demands, the need to enhance operational efficiency, and the alignment of resources with the Council’s strategic and corporate objectives.
