The Planning and Regulation Committee of Lincolnshire Council met on Monday 09 February 2026 to discuss a range of planning applications and traffic management proposals. Key items on the agenda included a significant county matter application for sand and gravel extraction at Thetford House Farm, Baston, and a Development Consent Order application for a large solar photovoltaic electricity generating facility at Navenby. The committee also reviewed several proposed waiting restrictions in various locations across the county and a proposed 50mph speed limit extension in Spalding.

Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Audit Committee - Wednesday, 4th February, 2026 2.00 pm

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority Audit Committee was scheduled to review key governance documents, including the Annual Governance Statement and proposed changes to the Authority's Constitution. The committee was also set to consider reports on whistleblowing, risk management, and the progress and future plans of the internal audit function.

Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee - Wednesday, 28 January 2026 - 10.00 am

The Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee met on 28 January 2026 to discuss the Adult Care and Community Wellbeing budget proposals for 2026/27, the future of the Integrated Lifestyle Service, the recommissioning of Home Based Reablement services, and the Director of Public Health's Annual Report. The committee supported passing comments on the budget proposals to the Executive, but voted against recommending the continuation of the Integrated Lifestyle Service in its current form, opting instead to support the Executive's recommendation to dissolve it. They also supported the recommissioning of the Home Based Reablement service and the Director of Public Health's Annual Report.

Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee - Wednesday, 7th January, 2026 10.00 am

The Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee met on Wednesday, 7 January 2026, to discuss the re-procurement of externally commissioned building-based day care services, the future of the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service, and an extension to short breaks and emergency provision contracts. The committee resolved to support the recommendations made in relation to these items and to forward their comments to the Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Health.

Lincolnshire County Council is scheduled to meet on Friday, 19 December 2025 to discuss the council's financial regulations and budget, and to review the Section 17 Crime and Disorder Reduction Strategy. Councillors will also hear statements from the Leader and members of the Executive.
