The Finance, Policy and Resources Committee approved the publication of the Infrastructure Funding Statement 2024/25 on the Council's website. The committee also delegated to the Executive Director of Finance the republication of Infrastructure Funding Statements where modifications are required. They committed to lobbying the Government to safeguard the Community Infrastructure Levy.

The Finance, Policy and Resources Committee resolved to approve the write-off of two debts totalling £156,787 on 20 November 2025. The committee also noted actions taken to manage debt and support those struggling to pay, and noted debts totalling £4,261,938 written off under delegated authority.

The Finance, Policy and Resources Committee decided to approve funding for items listed in paragraph 3.1 from the central contingency budget or other specified sources on 20 November 2025. The committee approved the funding of £1,108,451 for Richmond Community Fund Round 6 from NCIL Funding.
