...to ensure the continuity of traffic signal maintenance services, they agreed to award a new five-year Traffic Signal Maintenance Contract, with the possibility of two further two-year extensions based on performance, to a preferred bidder identified through a robust procurement process, as detailed in the confidential Part 2 report.
