...approved the award of a contract for a new security provider for a period of three years, commencing on 1 March 2026, with an option to extend for a further two years.

... the Head of Property and Economic Development be authorised to vary the lease demise of Lightwater Leisure Centre to include an additional area of car parking, thereby transferring maintenance and repair responsibilities to the tenant.

...to facilitate housing development at the Camberley Station site, the Executive approved delegating authority to the Head of Property and Economic Development, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Property and Economic Development and the Head of Finance, to enter into a lease agreement for the upper two levels of the Main Square Car Park with the long leaseholder of the Camberley Station site.

...to note the implementation of the decision to dispose of the Woodend Road Car Park, following agreement by the Scrutiny Committee, and to write letters to Surrey County Council and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation regarding future transport duties at Lakeside and car park management at Mindenhurst, respectively.
