The Cabinet Procurement and Insourcing Committee of Hackney Council resolved to agree the unrestricted minutes of their meeting held on 5 January 2026. The committee also resolved to approve the establishment of two frameworks for substance use services and award spaces on these frameworks to multiple providers.
