Licensing and General Purposes Committee - Monday 3rd November, 2025 7.00 pm

The Strategic Planning Committee met on 20 October 2025, and approved plans for the redevelopment of the Curry Rise and Bray Road Estate, the expansion of Hasmonean High School, and the redevelopment of Stanhope House and Holmsdale House. All three applications were approved unanimously, subject to conditions and Section 106 agreements, and will be referred to the Mayor of London due to their strategic importance.
