The Investment Committee of the City of London Corporation met on Monday 6 October 2025 to discuss treasury management, risk management, and the climate action strategy. The committee was scheduled to review the public minutes from its July meeting, and to discuss the treasury management outturn for 2024-25, and an update on treasury management as of August 2025. Members were also scheduled to receive a verbal update on the Climate Action Strategy from the City Surveyor.

The Capital Buildings Board of the City of London Corporation met on Wednesday 24 September 2025 to discuss a RIBA Stage 5 update on the Salisbury Square Development, receive a verbal update on the design for the City of London Police (COLP) HQ, commercial and listed building, and review the Major Programmes Office dashboard report. The meeting also included a review of minutes from a prior meeting, and a motion to exclude the public from some of the meeting's agenda items.

The Policy and Resources Committee met to discuss a number of items, including changes to the Scheme of Delegations, an investment governance update, the appointment of additional members to the Competitiveness Advisory Board, a proposal for Faith in the City, and a rough sleeping prevention and recovery grant delivery proposal. The committee approved the recommendations for Faith in the City, the North East London Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Grant Delivery Proposal, and the changes to the Scheme of Delegations.

Markets Board - Wednesday, 17th September, 2025 11.00 am

The Markets Board met to discuss updates from the general managers of Smithfield Market, New Spitalfields Market and Billingsgate Market, as well as the Markets Division business plan and wholesale market risk. The board noted the updates and reports provided. They also approved the public and non-public minutes from the previous meeting held on 9 July 2025.

Finance Committee Officer

Finance Committee - Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 1.30 pm

The Finance Committee convened to discuss a range of financial and strategic matters, including approving risk appetite levels for medium-term finances, receiving a budget monitoring report, and reviewing the Chamberlain's business plan. The committee also endorsed changes to investment property transaction thresholds and discussed Central London Forward grant receipts and programme delivery.
