Cardiff Council Statutory Well-being Report

This report is a statutory document that the Council must produce each year as a reflection of its performance and activities in the previous financial year (2023/24) in line with the Corporate Plan.   A report on the council’s performance must be published and sent to the Welsh Ministers, the Auditor General for Wales (AGW), and Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales (ESTYN)

Corporate Risk Register - Year End Review 2023/24

The report will inform the Cabinet of the key risks facing the Council. The Cabinet will have last sighted the Corporate Risk Register (CRR) at a Cabinet Meeting in December 2023. Senior officers review the document quarterly and the Cabinet once every 6 months.   Corporate Risk owners are at a Director level, and they each input to the review of this document.
