The Community & Adult Services Scrutiny Committee are scheduled to discuss the Neurodivergent Cardiff Strategy, council housing rent and service charges, and changes to the council's allocation policy at their meeting on 15 December. The committee will review the minutes of the 17 November meeting, where they discussed direct payment proposals, Q2 performance reports, and winter planning and support for those with no recourse to public funds1.
