Holborn District Management Committee - Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 7.00 pm
The Holborn District Management Committee (DMC) met to discuss tenant and resident association (TRA) registrations, elect a vice-chair, review reports and updates on property services, waste management, housing transformation, and the budget. The committee reviewed three new bids for funding from the Medway Court and Brunswick TRA, concerning garden works, benches and mulch. They also discussed local issues within the Holborn district.

The Holborn District Management Committee (DMC) was scheduled to discuss community safety, heating networks, and tenant engagement, as well as consider a proposal for a sub-committee to scrutinise the application of the Procurement Act 2023 in Camden. Councillors were also expected to agree on the constitution and code of conduct for the 2025/26 municipal year.
Leaseholders' Forum - Tuesday, 27th May, 2025 7.00 pm
The Camden Council Leaseholders' Forum met on 27 May 2025 to discuss a range of issues affecting leaseholders, including the election of a new chair, updates on leaseholder services, key repairs issues, and a report from the Associate Cabinet Member for Leaseholders. The forum also reviewed the Leaseholders’ Forum Constitution and Code of Conduct.
Holborn District Management Committee - Tuesday, 11th March, 2025 7.00 pm
This meeting was scheduled to focus on the Camden Council Housing Revenue Account (HRA), service standards, participation, and an update on existing and future bids from Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs). The meeting also included a number of information reports on a range of housing issues including heat metering, procurement, domestic abuse and neighbourhood working.
Holborn District Management Committee - Wednesday, 8th January, 2025 6.30 pm
The Holborn District Management Committee meeting on 8 January 2025 considered the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget for 2025/26. The Committee voted to reject the proposed rent increase of 2.7%, and rejected proposals to increase service charges for Caretaking, CCTV, and Grounds Maintenance. The Committee voted to support the proposed increases in charges for Communal Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance and the Responsive Housing Patrol. They also voted to support the proposed freeze in the Communal Lighting service charge, and the proposed reduction in Heating Pool charges.
