The Pay Policy and Terms and Conditions Sub-Committee met to review the salary of the Chief Executive. The committee agreed that the Chief Executive's remuneration should mirror that of county councils that provide a salary range, setting it at £204,522 to £230,633, consisting of five incremental points to be awarded (or not) on a bi-annual basis.

The Lincolnshire Council Executive met to discuss long-term coastal flood resilience, updates to the local enforcement plan, and appointments to outside bodies. The Executive approved a financial contribution of up to £0.995m towards the first stage of a business case for investment in long term coastal flood resilience and economic sustainability, supported the Environment Agency’s beach nourishment programme, and agreed to the council's role as lead partner on the Lincs Coast 2100+ Partnership. Councillors also approved the updated Local Enforcement Plan and made amendments to appointments to outside bodies.
Overview and Scrutiny Management Board - Thursday, 25th September, 2025 10.00 am
The Overview and Scrutiny Management Board met to discuss several key issues, including the King Charles III England Coast Path, treasury management performance, and an update on the IT services portfolio. The board supported recommendations to the Executive on the King Charles III England Coast Path project and the financial performance review. Members also endorsed the Scrutiny Annual Report and noted the work programmes of various scrutiny committees.

The Audit Committee met to discuss the external audit and annual finance statement, strategic risks, counter fraud measures, internal audit progress, financial management updates, and future audit work.
