...to note the revised Medium Term Financial Plan forecasts for the Housing Revenue Account and endorse the approach to setting the Revenue Maintenance and Capital Programme Budgets for 2026/27.

...to address the forecast Medium Term Financial Plan deficit and potentially utilize the budget equalisation reserve, the Council noted revised forecasts, endorsed further development of options to close the budget gap through 2029/30, and endorsed the approach to setting Asset Maintenance and Capital Programme Budgets for 2026/27, including an enhanced Public Convenience renovation program.

...to note the half yearly update on the Council's Complaints Handling and Performance for the period 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025, as it meets increased scrutiny requirements set out in complaint handling codes.

...to ensure service continuity, maintain the "behind the gate" food waste collection policy in areas with free-roaming livestock, and improve bring site management, the Council approved additional funding, including a supplementary budget for 2025/26, an increase to the Medium-Term Financial Plan from 2026/27, and an addition to the Capital Programme for 2026/27 for new vehicles.

... to approve modifications recommended by the Examiner of the Lymington and Pennington Neighbourhood Development Plan and agree that the Plan proceed to a local referendum, subject to the separate agreement of New Forest National Park Authority.
