Eastern Area Planning Committee - Thursday 2 October 2025 3.00 pm
The Eastern Area Planning Committee of Wiltshire Council met on 2 October 2025, and approved a dormer extension and retrospective change of use at The Barn, Spin Hill, and a two-storey side and rear extension at 8 Duck Street, Potterne, both subject to conditions. The Calne Area Board met to discuss community safety, funding for local initiatives, and highway improvements. The Eastern Area Planning Committee met to discuss objections to the proposed modification of definitive maps and statements for Collingbourne Kingston. The committee voted to forward The Wiltshire Council Parish of Collingbourne Kingston Path Nos. 1B,8 and 9 Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025 to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (SoSEFRA) with a recommendation for confirmation without modification.
