Budget Scrutiny Task Group - Wednesday 4th December, 2024 6.30 pm

This meeting was to discuss the Council’s proposed capital programme, including both General Fund and Housing Revenue Account budgets. The Budget Scrutiny Task Group considered reports on an overview of the Capital Programme, and the programmes for each Executive Leadership Team.

Young People, Learning and Employment Policy and Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday 3rd December, 2024 6.30 pm

This meeting was about the adoption of the committee's work programme for the next year, and the consideration of several reports about services for children and young people in Westminster. The meeting also included the consideration of a report about libraries, but because it was deemed to be confidential, we do not know what was said about it.

Standards Committee - Thursday 28th November, 2024 6.30 pm

The Standards Committee of Westminster City Council was scheduled to hold a meeting to discuss its work programme, a review of the Member/Officer Protocol, and an annual update on member complaints. The Committee was also scheduled to receive questions from Councillors to put to the Leader of the Council on ethical standards in relation to Members.

Planning Sub-Committee (2) - Tuesday 26th November, 2024 6.30 pm

This meeting was about deciding on several planning applications in the City of Westminster. The report pack contains what was scheduled to be discussed, but it does not tell us anything about what was actually discussed, or whether any decisions were actually made.

Budget Scrutiny Task Group - Thursday 14th November, 2024 6.30 pm

The Budget Scrutiny Task Group met to discuss the council's Medium Term Financial Plan, including the potential impacts of the recent Autumn Budget statement and proposals for new savings, investments and fees. The meeting also included presentations on the Environment & Communities and Regeneration, Economy and Planning directorates, and their proposed budgets for 2025/26.
