Roads Objection contrary to RD1.4 and RD1.5. The principle of development has been established against Policy R2 (LDP) and Policy 9 (NPF4) which allows the redevelopment of a site containing existing disused buildings. The Planning Service is satisfied, that the proposal will suitably transform the redundant site to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing development. The siting, design and external finishing materials are considered appropriate for the site and locality and the site provides sustainable transport options in line with the Scottish Governments sustainable transport hierarchies and complies with the development plan.
