The committee approved alterations to Crofton Roman Villa, but refused applications for a fuel tank at Crystal Palace Football Club Academy, a two-storey rear extension at 91 Greenview Avenue, and the conversion of a dwelling into a house in multiple occupation (HMO) at 134 Worsley Bridge Road.

The Executive, Resources and Contracts Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee met on 15 September 2025, to discuss a range of issues including budget monitoring, treasury management, and contract performance. The committee supported recommendations for capital programme monitoring and treasury management, and requested further information on financial sustainability of the Our Bromley magazine, property risks, and contracts.
