The Licensing Committee of the City of London Corporation met on 10 July 2025 to discuss revenue, business plans, legislative changes and licensing decisions. The committee was also scheduled to hear updates from the City of London Police and consider appeals against licensing sub-committee decisions.

The Planning and Transportation Committee were scheduled to discuss improvements to Leadenhall Street, and the Bunhill, Barbican & Golden Lane Healthy Neighbourhood Plan, as well as consider a resolution from the Ward of Cripplegate.

Natural Environment Board Officer

The Natural Environment Board was scheduled to discuss risk management, climate action, and the progress of the Environment Department's business plan. Also on the agenda was an update on fundraising workstreams for the Natural Environment Charity Review (NECR).

Licensing Committee

Licensing Committee - Tuesday, 13th May, 2025 1.45 pm

The City of London Corporation's Licensing Committee met on 13 May 2025 to elect a chairman and deputy chairman, approve the minutes from the previous meeting, and discuss several reports. The committee agreed on a proposed fee structure for 2025/26, and delegated authority to the Executive Director Environment to approve future annual fees for gambling and sex establishment licenses, subject to providing informational reports to the committee. The committee also received updates on appeals against licensing sub-committee decisions, ongoing work streams, and delegated decisions of the Executive Director Environment pertaining to premises licences.
