Buckinghamshire Cabinet decided on 22 July 2026 to approve the disposal of a Council-owned site in Wing to a preferred bidder. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director for Resources and the Head of Legal to finalise terms, exchange contracts, and complete the land sale.

Buckinghamshire Cabinet approved the letting of a council-owned site at Coronation Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe to a preferred bidder on 22/07/2026. The decision approved the letting on agreed terms and delegated authority to the Corporate Director for Resources and the Chief Legal Officer to finalise legal documentation and undertake necessary legal steps. Revenue rental income will be ringfenced as a contribution to Capital reserves.

The Cabinet of Buckinghamshire Council decided on 22/07/2026 to approve a letting of 3 Globeside, Marlow, and to authorise the procurement and delivery of refurbishment works. The Service Director for Corporate Property and Assets, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Resources, was authorised to conclude terms with a tenant and execute leases, and to appoint consultants and enter construction contracts for the refurbishment. A project budget for refurbishment costs, funded from earmarked capital reserves, was also approved.

Buckinghamshire Cabinet decided on 22/07/2026 to approve the Buckinghamshire Local Plan Pre-Submission Plan for public consultation. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Corporate Director for Planning, Growth and Sustainability, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, to make minor modifications to the plan and technical amendments to supporting documents before publication. The Corporate Director and Cabinet Member will provide updates to the Growth, Infrastructure & Housing Select Committee on the Local Plan process.
