The Health and Adult Social Care Select Committee scrutinises decision-makers to improve outcomes and services for Buckinghamshire residents in the areas of Adult Social Care and Public Health. This committee conducts time-limited, cross-party inquiries into issues of public concern, producing evidence-based recommendations for improvements to the Cabinet and other partners. While it holds decision-makers to account, its role is advisory, focusing on effective and efficient delivery of public services for the benefit of the local community.
