Councillor George Finch, Leader of the Council and Portfolio Holder for Children & Families, approved the addition of two Section 106[^2] developer-funded schemes to the capital programme. These schemes involve providing real-time information displays at bus stops in Bulkington and accessibility improvements at bus stops in Stretton-on-Dunsmore. Councillor Finch also authorised the Executive Director for Communities to procure and enter into contracts to implement these schemes.

Extraordinary Meeting, County Council - Tuesday 14 October 2025 10.00 am

The Warwickshire County Council convened to bestow the title of Honorary Freeman of the County upon Councillor Jerry Roodhouse in recognition of his decades of public service. This rare honour, the highest civic distinction the council can award, acknowledges Councillor Roodhouse's significant contributions to the community, particularly in Rugby, and his work on behalf of Warwickshire at a national level.
