...to note the progress of the Lane Rental Scheme, how surplus funds will be allocated, to agree to delegate authority to the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport to approve Lane Rental surplus bids under £500,000, and to recommend that the County Council update the Constitution accordingly.

...to note the final spend and project updates for 2024/25 across the Local Growth Fund, Growing Places Fund, and Getting Building Fund programmes, and to agree the forecast scheme spend profiles for the Local Growth Fund and Growing Places Fund programmes for the first half of the 2025/26 financial year.

...to align with the East Sussex Local Transport Plan 4 (LTP4), the Lead Member approved revisions to the process for assessing and prioritizing requests for transport schemes to be included in the annual Integrated Transport Capital Programme from 2026/27 onwards, noting that the approach would be reviewed and that future funding changes related to the proposed Sussex Mayoral Combined County Authority would need consideration.
