Petition to stop Stagecoach changing the 51 bus service to Eastbourne from half hourly to hourly

...to advise petitioners that Stagecoach cannot sustain a half-hourly bus service due to costs and passenger numbers, the County Council cannot subsidize it without compromising other services, and the Council will continue working with Stagecoach to improve service reliability.
