...to address the deteriorating condition of playground equipment and surfacing, the Executive approved the allocation of £900,000 from Strategic CIL funds & Commuted Sums Reserve and authorized a tender process for the refurbishment of four key playgrounds: Heatherside Recreation Ground, Frimley Green Recreation Ground, Camberley Park, and Woodend Road.

...to enable the build and installation of a Changing Places facility within Camberley Town Centre, the Executive resolved that £195,000 be awarded from the Council's CIL Infrastructure main fund.

...to authorise the Head of Property and Economic Development, in consultation with the s151 Officer and the Portfolio Holder for Property and Economic Development, to complete the sale of part of the Yorktown car park outlined in red in Annex 1, substantially on the terms outlined in bid No 1 as set out in exempt Annex 2.
