Additionally, the council was scheduled to discuss the allocation of seats on various committees and recommendations from the Constitution and Governance Committee, the Pensions Committee, and the Cornwall Harbours Board.

The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Leadership Board are scheduled to meet on 21 November 2025. The agenda includes discussion of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Executive Group strategic update, the Pretty Poverty Report and updated Index of Multiple Deprivation, the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Nature Recovery Strategy, and the Safer Cornwall Plan refresh. There will also be an opportunity for board members to raise urgent matters.

Committee in Common between Cornwall Health and Wellbeing Board and the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Partnership - Tuesday, 18th November, 2025 10.00 am

The Cornwall Health and Wellbeing Board and the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Partnership are holding a meeting to discuss several key issues, including the strategic commissioning framework for neighbourhood health, the Better Care Fund, pharmaceutical needs, health determinants research, mental health, safeguarding adults, and the NHS 5 Year Plan. The meeting will also cover updates from the ICB and councils, as well as reports from life course steering groups.
