The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the development of 82 dwellings at 381 Harlestone Road, Northampton on 18 November 2025. This approval was subject to conditions and a Section 106 legal agreement. The agreement includes provisions for 35% affordable housing, a Local Area of Play, public open space, Buzz Cards, a Travel Plan, and financial contributions for libraries and open space maintenance.
