The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of seven new commercial units with associated parking at Headway, Heathfield Way, Northampton on 09 October 2025. The decision was approved subject to various requirements to be set out in the minutes. The approved development includes soft landscaping, EV chargers, disabled car parking spaces, a bat box, and construction to BREEAM Very Good standards.
